Cronologix ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Cronologix mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App on iOS and Android devices.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Data Collected and Stored Locally (On-Device Only)

We do not have access to this data. It remains on your device unless you explicitly choose to use cloud sync features.

Google Drive Sync (Pro Feature - Optional)

• If you enable cloud sync, your workflow data is stored in your personal Google Drive account
• We use Google's OAuth 2.0 for authentication
• We do not store your Google credentials
• Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS
• You can revoke access anytime via Google Account settings

Push Notifications (Optional)

• If you enable notifications, we use platform-native notification services (Apple Push Notification Service / Firebase Cloud Messaging)
• We do not collect or store notification tokens on our servers

2.3 Data We DO NOT Collect

We want to be transparent about what we do not collect:

• All network communications use HTTPS/TLS encryption
• Google Drive sync uses OAuth 2.0 secure authentication

• Revoke Consent: Uninstall the App to remove all local data

6.2 Account Deletion (Google Play Requirement)

The App does not require account creation. If you use Google Drive sync:

• You can disconnect Google Drive in Settings
• Your data in Google Drive remains under your control
• You can delete it from your Google Drive at any time

6.3 EU/EEA Users (GDPR Rights)

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Rectify inaccurate data
• Erase your data ("right to be forgotten")
